Welcome to Moviq AI Video Generator, where ideas move. These Terms of Use form the agreement between you and Moviq AI Video Generator ("we", "us") for your use of the app. They are effective from 2026-11-04. Please read them before you start creating.

Opening Credits: Accepting These Terms

By downloading, opening or using Moviq, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. No sign-in is needed. Using the app is your acceptance.

Your Licence to Create

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Moviq on Apple devices you own or control. This licence is subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store's usage rules. It lets you use the app. It does not transfer the app itself to you.

Keep It in Frame: Acceptable Use

Use Moviq to explore, imagine and create, within the law and with respect for others. Don't use it to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't impersonate real people in misleading ways. Don't try to reverse engineer, overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the app or our backend. Don't resell or redistribute the service. We may refuse or stop generations, or restrict access, if these rules are broken.

Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

Paid features are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles all billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Apple ID is charged for each renewal. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests go to Apple and follow Apple's policies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Who Owns What

The app, its design, software, branding and underlying technology belong to Moviq AI Video Generator and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your prompts and the material you submit remain yours. As between you and us, the videos you generate are yours to use, subject to these Terms and any rights of others. You give us permission to process your inputs and outputs only as needed to create your videos and run the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you submit, and for how you use what you create.

A Note on AI Output

AI generation is creative and sometimes unpredictable. Results may be inaccurate or unexpected, or may resemble other content. Review what you create before sharing or relying on it.

No Guarantees

Moviq is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every generation will meet your expectations.

Limits of Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moviq AI Video Generator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

When the Script Changes

We may update these Terms as Moviq evolves. When we do, we'll revise the effective date and, for material changes, give notice in the app or on our App Store listing. If you keep using the app after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
